Heisman Trophy favorite Brady Quinn leads the high-flying Fighting Irish attack into Bobby Dodd Stadium to face the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday September 2nd.

The Irish offense was one of the top in the country in 2005, scoring 53 touchdowns, and you can bet that the Irish will put up similar numbers this year.

However, the Notre Dame defense was mediocre at best in 2005, allowing 397 yards per game.

If Notre Dame is to challenge for a national title, their defense must improve, and that starts with their first game against Georgia Tech.
