Given a choice between Fresno State with a full-ride scholarship or Berkeley with NO financial aid, where would you go and why?

I will have to admit this decission is tough. My daughter is going to CSULB and she got grants and loans for it, but had a scholership for Hawaii. She did Hawaii for two years but found that the Marine Biology program was better at CSU. You can always go that route, see if the school is what you want.
