Hawai'i Pacific U Students - Living Arrangements

Postby DaniellaBella » Tue Mar 06, 2007 12:57 pm

I'm planning on attending this school with the beginning of the Fall '07 Semester. I know that student housing tends to fall around $9K for the year.. are there more cost-effective options? Or would you say that a student is better off just living on-campus? Anything anybody can tell me in regards to this would be greatly appreciated, and I made a poll to make things easy. If you know of other options besides the ones I've listed, please feel free to add them in your reply. Thanks a bunch!

HPU accepts students from all over the globe, so they do accept international students, yes. If you want more information, I'm sure they wouldn't mind sending you a pack of pamphlets to answer all of your questions. As for your question, the tuition is slightly higher for an international student, however the cost is the same for all Courses of Study, varying really only between semester v. full year, and whether or not you choose to include room and board through the university (which adds a solid $9000+ per year). My course of study will be Psychology, with a minor in Communications. I hope that I helped answer your questions, and I'm sure the school itself will not have any problems answering any questions for you that you may have. Take care!
