I mean what should my score be? With the new SAT. Would a 1300 be good are should i consider retaking the SAT.

Is that just your Math and Verbal and Writing, or is it just your Math and Verbal? If it's just your Math and Verbal than yea it's really good. However, you need to post all your scores if it was all three sections.
